Rick’s photographic journey began in 7th grade with black-and-white 35mm film and hands-on darkroom development. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion for capturing the world through a lens. Today, Rick works digitally, to refine images that reveal the hidden beauty of the West — both in daylight and under the stars.

  Specializing in black-and-white infrared, and color photography , Rick explores  unique architecture and landscapes  with a perspective that unveils light that is off the visible spectrum.  By night, his lens turns skyward to capture the Milky Way and the Northern Lights, blending technology and creativity to illuminate the mysteries of the sky.
